The sauce is a smokey chipotle sauce. The slaw is crisp and fresh (it's made multiple times a day), the chicken is hand cut and fried to order. In this video, the heat level for the chicken was 3 star which gets its heat from habanero. And of course there is pickles.
Since this is such a messy sandwich, it's not available on delivery platforms. You'll have to just go visit Cookie's Country Chicken in Pioneer Square or in Ballard across the parking lot from H Mart and get one.
