The Fried Bologna sandwich from Turkey and the Wolf is made on thick-sliced (pan de mie style) white bread from a local bakery. The bread gets butter and toasted on both sides. The bologna, also locally made, gets a nice golden sear on both sides and is topped with American cheese.

The bread gets Duke's mayo on one side, and a house made hot English mustard on the other. Shredded lettuce (aka shrettuce) goes down, and once the cheese is all melty the bologna and cheese go down on top of the lettuce. Then house made salt and vinegar chips go on top of that and it's ready to eat.

You might be familiar with this sandwich, it's been on the cover of a cookbook after all:

Thank you to Chef Andrew for taking the time to film this video before Turkey and the Wolf opened on a Wednesday morning. Let him know if you order this sandwich and it gives you peanut butter vibes. Also let him know if you've ever crashed a golf cart.
