The second thought you have is when you take a bite of a sandwich at Hushy's. That thought is "wow that is delicious."
The Milanese sandwich at Hushy's starts with fresh focaccia, which is baked fresh all day long. Then a kewpie-based mayo is added. Next a slaw is mixed with that same mayo, Napa cabbage, Savoy cabbage, and chopped kimchi.
The pork cutlet is fried until it's golden brown and delicious, and then it gets glazed in a mixture of red wine vinegar and honey. For ease of eating, the cutlet is sliced before it is put on the sandwich.
Then the sandwich gets brushed with olive oil and served with a pickle.
