This is a sandwich Mark once dreamed about, and he makes it at least once a year for a special occasion. Sometimes he tries out new variations on the ingredients. The sandwich in this video features kewpie mayo, Asian pear, roasted beets, pickled mushrooms, herby goat cheese, and duck confit. And then the sandwich is topped with gravy. It's a fork and knifer for sure!
