Biker Jim's Cheesesteak has, well, steak of course. Jim likes to go with choice top round steak. His version also includes peppers and onions, pickled jalapeños, provolone, white American cheese, sharp Irish cheddar, and wasabi aioli. That all goes on top of a roll that is toasted in garlic butter.
